Job Description

· Filing and maintenance of office records and files

· Submission of papers and records outside the office as per instructions.

· Providing information to callers, greeting persons entering organization and directing individuals to correct destination.

· Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.

· Office dusting/cleaning on daily basis.

· Preparing tea/coffee, serving water, lunch and refreshment to staff and any incoming clients

Qualifications and Skills

Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Preferred) with good knowledge in Housekeeping, Office cleaning, and outside office work

Skills  Spoken Hindi, disciplined, good behavior & manners and proper dressing to maintain office decorum and basic computer knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience : 0-6 months

Salary: 7,000 – 9,000 per month.
