Job Summary:

The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, assisting staff with daily administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms.
  • Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Handle office errands such as depositing cheques, delivering documents, or collecting materials from outside vendors.
  • Ensure that all office supplies and pantry items are stocked and replenished as needed.
  • Help in setting up meeting rooms, arranging chairs, and serving refreshments during meetings.
  • Handle basic maintenance tasks such as switching off lights, locking doors, and ensuring office security after hours.
  • Support HR/Admin team in organizing office activities and logistics.
  • Follow hygiene and safety standards within the office premises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹17,000.00 per month
