Role- Reinsurance Operations
Summary-
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel to support data analysis, reporting, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large datasets, creating dashboards, automating workflows, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and templates.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and analysis using advanced Excel functions.
- Use formulas, pivot tables, charts, and conditional formatting to present data effectively.
- Automate repetitive tasks using macros and VBA (preferred).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized Excel solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and provide insights for decision-making.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF statements, pivot tables, charts, and data validation).
- Experience with Excel automation using macros or VBA is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills to explain data findings and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 0-1 Year of experience in a data-driven role.
- Familiarity with other data tools like Power BI, Google Sheets, or SQL is a bonus.
