**Reporting To**: Finance Manager.

**Major Key Responsibilities**

**Companies Act Compliance**:

- Report to the chairman and often liaise with board members.
- Preparing agendas, minutes and papers for board meetings, and annual general meetings and follow up on action points, lodge required forms.
- Maintaining statutory books and registers, files and records under various statutes.
- Preparing declaration of interim/ **Job Description for Compliance **final dividend, issue of bonus shares.
- Statutory filing, preparation of annual return, board reports.

**IRDAI Compliance**:

- Maintenance of Code of conduct, Development & maintenance of compliance policies, procedures & controls as per IRDAI laws.
- Filling of IRDA quarterly. Half yearly and annual returns

**Statutory Compliances**:

- GST Compliances (filing monthly returns GSTR1 & GSTR3B, reconciliation with GSTR2A)
- Payment of PF, PT, TDS, MLWF, GST

**Accounts Operations**:

- Working closely with Finance Manager timely completion of internal and statutory audits.
- Managing Bank Account opening, modification and closure with banks.
- Handling queries from various departments and liaising with Banks, etc. to get them resolved (Reinsurance Remittance, OD account operations)
- Accounts Receivable management.
- Assisting Finance Manager in arranging funds from Bank.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Excellent use of excel
- Knowledge of Tally
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Ability and willingness to meet deadlines

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
