Job Title: React Native Developer (iOS & Android) – With Backend Experience

About the Role

We're looking for a React Native developer who knows their way around both mobile platforms and backend work. You should be comfortable owning the full mobile lifecycle—from building features to shipping builds to the stores. If you can keep versioning clean, handle updates without drama, and troubleshoot across the stack, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native (both Expo and React Native CLI).
  • Manage end-to-end delivery for iOS and Android apps, including versioning, release management, and store compliance.
  • Prepare and distribute test builds using TestFlight and Android equivalents.
  • Handle publishing and updates on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Work with backend services—building, integrating, and debugging APIs when needed.
  • Diagnose performance issues, crashes, and edge cases across devices.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product leads.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with React Native, including both Expo and React Native CLI workflows.
  • Proven experience shipping apps to production on App Store and Play Store.
  • Solid understanding of App Store Connect, TestFlight, signing, provisioning, and build pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of Android build management, keystore handling, and release signing.
  • Backend experience , Firebase, or similar)—enough to build or maintain services and APIs.
  • Familiar with OTA updates (Expo Updates, CodePush, or similar).
  • Good grasp of app versioning, release cycles, and changelog management.
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, EAS, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Knowledge of push notifications, deep links, and analytics integration.
  • Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.
