Role Overview

We are seeking a MERN Full Stack Developer who is proficient in , React, Express, and MongoDB, with added expertise in Golang and cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and building high-performance backend systems, intuitive frontend interfaces, and deploying full-stack applications in cloud-native environments. This is a critical role demanding a balance of technical depth, problem-solving capability, and collaborative team spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code in , React, Express, and MongoDB.
• Work on modern frontend frameworks including to improve performance and SEO.
• Design and implement microservices and backend components using Golang and
• Integrate and deploy applications using AWS, GCP, and container technologies such as Docker.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud automation.
• Contribute to system design discussions and architecture planning.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.
• Work in an Agile environment, following best practices and delivery methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, , , , and MongoDB.
• Solid knowledge of for server-side rendering and performance optimization.
• Practical experience with Golang for backend services and APIs.
• Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot for backend system integration is a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting or data-driven components.
• Proficient in using AWS and GCP services for application deployment and infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps workflows.
• Sound understanding of system design, RESTful APIs, caching strategies, and scalable architecture.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in building enterprise-grade applications or SaaS platforms.
• Exposure to microservices, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), or event-driven architecture.
• Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization.
• Experience working in a product-based or startup environment is an advantage.

Work Model

• Location: Bangalore – Onsite preferred. Hybrid flexibility available based on performance and project needs.
• Candidates must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.

Compensation

• ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum based on experience, technical depth, and performance during the interview process.
