Rands Digital agency is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to promote services and products effectively through social media . This role is designed for someone passionate about digital marketing, data-driven strategies, and the latest trends in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Social Media Advertising: Oversee paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Stay up-to-date with trends and strategies to enhance ad performance.
  • Social Media Management: Lead the strategy, content creation, and community management for all social media channels to build brand presence and engage the target audience.
  • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation through content marketing, email marketing, and inbound/outbound marketing tactics.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and measure campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Video, Display, and Shopping Ads) and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Platform Expertise: Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in Google Analytics and other reporting/analytics tools. Ability to analyze campaign data and provide insights to optimize performance.
  • Creative & Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to think creatively while executing data-driven campaigns.
  • A/B Testing & Conversion Tracking: Experience with A/B testing, bid management, quality score improvement, and conversion tracking to optimize campaigns.
  • Lead Generation: Experience in driving leads through paid and organic strategies.
  • Communication & Reporting: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise reports and insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
