Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective for the database development team. Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering the database development team's progress.

Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions tailored to database development processes. Communicate project status, risks, and issues related to database development to stakeholders. Track KPIs specific to database development and ensure timely delivery of high-quality database solutions.

Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles within the context of database development. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a focus on database development.

Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices, particularly in the context of database development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills relevant to database development challenges.

Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies in the context of database development projects.
