Job Opportunity: OMP Consultant

This role entails overseeing end-to-end planning and communication among scrum teams, squads, and shared teams throughout the product lifecycle.

  • You will ensure seamless coordination between teams to achieve project commitments.
  • Leading technical installations and tracking software versions and configurations is a key responsibility.
  • Effective communication and reporting of status and metrics to stakeholders is essential.
  • You will integrate project plans with Platform and Product Managers, scrum masters, and shared teams for consistent delivery.
  • Removing impediments impacting cross-scrum and shared teams is crucial.
  • You will drive process, cadence, and ceremonies across scrum and shared teams.
  • Feature integration/program integration reviews with stakeholders require your expertise.
  • You will safeguard team resources from outside tasking and collaborate with scrum masters.
  • Risk management and mitigation strategies are also within your purview.
  • Your liaison role involves communication between scrum masters, shared teams, Product managers, and stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience as a project manager or product engineer.
  • Demonstrable experience in large-scale program implementations involving multiple applications.
  • Agile Product Development with a strong focus on timely delivery.
  • Combining techno-functional skills with business/functional knowledge and an end-to-end understanding of Supply Chain processes is vital.
  • SUPPORTING STAKEHOLDERS COLLEAGUES PEERS AND DEVELOPERS THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT LIFECYCLE.
  • A solid understanding of system integration to connect enhance and automate business processes is required.
  • Expertise in business processes within Plan/Source/Make/Deliver is essential.
Desirable Experience:
  • Experience managing projects using J&J (Johnson & Johnson) SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle).
  • 5+ years in large enterprise matrix organizations.
  • Certification in areas of expertise.
