About Role:

A Billing Manager with 3 to 7 years of experience in customer service, banking, media, or advertisement. The Billing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the billing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service standards for both internal and external customers. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle high volumes of transactions, work closely with the finance, sales and operations teams, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Work Responsibilities:

  • Submit client invoices in line with contracts and media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the finance, sales and client success teams.
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies, resolve client queries, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Monitor key billing metrics and provide reports to management, showing performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update billing databases.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, etc.) and other statutory requirements.
  • KYC and Vendor Onboarding process as per set SOP.
  • Support annual audits by providing necessary billing and payment records.
  • Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 -7 years' experience within customer service, banking, media, or advertising sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of invoicing, taxation, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proven conflict resolution and customer service expertise.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/billing software
  • Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, critical thinking, and analytical skills for resolving complex billing issues and to meet deadlines
