What You'll Do

  • Design and run AI-powered growth experiments across the funnel from onboarding to retention to referrals.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, Synthesia, etc.) to produce copy, creatives, and campaigns at scale.
  • Automate personalization at speed, use AI to segment audiences, tailor messaging, and optimize journeys in real time.
  • Own paid marketing and performance campaigns, with clear eyes on ROI, CAC, and LTV.
  • Write sharp, human-first copy across landing pages, WhatsApp, and in-product touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with product & content teams to shape GTM narratives and conversion strategy.
  • Obsess over data: analyze cohorts, identify drop-offs, and run A/B tests powered by AI insights.
  • Bring user voice into growth via feedback loops, interviews, and continuous learning.
