Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Assist in planning and scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Support in creating engaging content ideas, captions, and basic creatives.
  • Monitor engagement, track performance, and suggest improvement ideas.
  • Campaign & Ad Support:
  • Assist in managing paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, or other platforms.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.
  • Content Coordination:
  • Coordinate with the design team for creatives and videos.
  • Help with product photography coordination, influencer tie-ups, and digital collaborations.
  • SEO & Analytics:
  • Support keyword research, on-page optimization, and traffic analysis.
  • Prepare reports on website and campaign analytics using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
  • Assist in preparing emailers and WhatsApp campaigns for promotions and product launches.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and online marketing tools.
  • Familiar with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or Google Analytics (added advantage).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6, ₹7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
