Role overview:

A finance executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. The Finance Executive works closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in day-to-day financial activities, accounting processes, and operational workflows within a corporate environment.
• Understanding of relevant tax laws, regulatory guidelines, and statutory compliance processes that support accurate and timely filings.
• Hands-on experience with accounting tools (such as Zoho books, Tally, ERP systems, or similar) for financial analysis, data management, and reporting.
• Ability to compile, analyze, and present financial data through structured MIS dashboards that support management decision-making.
• Ability to maintain precision in financial entries, reconciliations, and documentation to ensure error-free financial records.
• Capable of interpreting financial data, identifying discrepancies, assessing financial performance, and recommending corrective measures.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities, handle high-volume workloads, and meet reporting timelines.
• Reconciliation of Profit and Loss account and Balance sheet.
• Supporting internal and external audit processes by preparing required documents, resolving queries, and ensuring compliance with audit standards.
• Managing General Ledger entries, reviewing ledger accuracy, and handling bank payments, transfers, and reconciliations in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with end-to-end sales cycle documentation, including creating sales orders, generating invoices, and maintaining billing accuracy.
