Your Role

  • Recognized expert in software development lifecycle, industrialization, and innovation.
  • Guides engineering practices and technology adoption at organizational and group levels.
  • Delivers high-impact, complex solutions and programs; trusted by executive leadership.
  • Represents the organization externally, fostering strategic partnerships and thought leadership.
  • Leads and inspires multi-disciplinary teams in dynamic and complex environments.

Your Profile

  • Candidate should have a total of 9–12 years of experience in IT
  • Applies advanced scientific and engineering principles to solve complex software challenges.
  • Leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of scalable software systems.
  • Demonstrates original thought and judgment; mentors and supervises other engineers.
  • Builds deep expertise aligned with professional community standards and evolving tech trends.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders to drive impactful outcom
