Title: AVP Client Services

We are seeking an innovative and experienced technology leader with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ) to join our dynamic and rapidly growing development team. As an Associate vice president you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable solutions that address complex business challenges while driving technical excellence and mentoring high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, translating them into actionable technical requirements.
  • Design and document comprehensive technical solutions tailored to client-specific requirements.
  • Architect and implement scalable, high-performance microservices capable of managing substantial data and traffic loads.
  • Develop and maintain high-level and low-level cloud implementation plans, solution architectures, and detailed design documents.
  • Build and implement secure, cloud-based solutions using cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
  • Responsible to lead end-to-end project delivery, proactively addressing technical challenges and driving accountability at all stages of development.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide development teams to achieve project goals.
  • Define, implement, and enforce technical best practices to ensure high-quality, efficient processes.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize software development life cycles using DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
  • Define and drive the long-term technical roadmap for the MEAN stack and related technology solutions.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • 10+ years of software development experience, with expertise in MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack.
  • Strong hands-on experience in microservices architecture, design patterns, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (mandatory).
  • Proficient in both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases.
  • Hands on experience with AWS services such as Glue, S3, Athena, Data Pipeline, and Lambda is a big plus.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as AWS Code Pipeline, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience in industries such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience managing teams, delivering projects, and driving technical excellence.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Demonstrated experience working with US or European clients, showcasing excellent communication and client management skills.
