Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BI / Reporting Analyst with 5 – 8 years of experience – ADF, ADLS, Azure SQL, Synapse, Event Hub etc., Databricks, DBT, Snowflake, Power BI, Sigma, and Python. The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using tools Databricks, Snowflake, DBT, Power BI, Sigma, and Azure Data services (ADLS, ADF, Azure SQL, Event Hub).Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines, ETL workflows, SQL queries, and dashboard performance.Monitor and optimize Databricks jobs, Snowflake queries, and ADF pipelines for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Debug and fix Python/SQL scripts used in data transformations and automation.Assist in performance tuning of Snowflake warehouses, Databricks clusters, and Power BI datasets.Ensure data security and compliance with Azure best practices.Support CI/CD deployments for data pipelines and analytics solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications5 to 8 Years of experience in data engineering, and analytics support.Strong expertise in Snowflake, Databricks, DBT, and Azure Data Factory (ADF).Experience with Power BI, Sigma, or similar BI tools (debugging reports, DAX, performance tuning).Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, stored procedures, optimization).Hands-on experience with Python for data processing and automation.Knowledge of Azure cloud services (ADLS, Azure SQL, Event Hub, Synapse).Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts, data modeling, and data warehousing.Ability to troubleshoot job failures, data discrepancies, and latency issues.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders.Nice to HaveCertifications in Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Engineer, or Power BI.Experience with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform).Knowledge of data governance and metadata management tools.
