Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and knowledgeable Social Media Manager who can develop

engaging content, manage brand presence across platforms, and execute social media

strategies effectively. The ideal candidate should understand content creation, posting

formats, trends, analytics, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, captions) tailored for each platform.

● Plan and manage daily posting schedules across social media channels.

● Develop and implement social media strategies to increase visibility and

engagement.

● Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content relevant.

● Manage brand consistency in all communication and creative materials.

● Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytic reports.

● Coordinate with design, marketing, and other teams for campaign execution.

● Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

● Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other

platforms.

● Ability to create content ideas and work with design/video teams.

● Good knowledge of posting guidelines, algorithm basics, and engagement strategies.

● Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.

● Basic understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking.
