Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and complete export and import documentation for customers, adhering to customs regulations and international trade standards.

Liaise with clearing agents to ensure timely clearance of goods through customs.

Secure necessary approvals from banks, government agencies, and other relevant authorities.

Maintain checklists and track the progress of shipments throughout the export-import cycle.

Update copies of documentation on the bank's website for record-keeping purposes.

Prepare Electronic Bank Realization Certificates (EBRCs) as required.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow.

Assist with research to stay up-to-date on international trade regulations and procedures.
