About the Role:

As a Technical support professional, you would be responsible for troubleshooting of BMS, HVAC Assets and assisting the field technicians across global primarily for US Region with expertise in BMS, HVAC and BMS protocols (BACnet IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus).

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide startup, commission, and re-commission of customer HVAC, lighting, and refrigeration systems

• Understanding and reviewing, technical documents such as wiring diagrams, as-builts, exc.

• Support and provide Commissioning and troubleshooting of BMS equipment's via calls, e-mails, tickets etc.

• Having good understanding on BMS programming and control logics ,3rd party system integration such as Energy meters, VFD etc.

Role Purpose:

• Solid understanding of BMS and HVAC systems with 1 to 4 years experience.

• Third-party integration experience (BACnet IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus)

• Familiarity with protocols like BACnet, modbus etc.

• Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.E in related discipline preferably Electronics/Instrumentation & control /Mechatronics etc.

• Flexible working in night shifts to meet customer requirements

• Should possess a good behavioral attitude
