Building Management Systems Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Building Management Systems professional to join our team.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer to lead the end-to-end engineering of global BMS projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing MEP drawings, identifying HVAC equipment, dampers, and sensors. Your tasks will also include generating RFIs, initial review sheets, and preparing Bill of Materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review MEP drawings and identify relevant equipment.
  • Generate RFIs and prepare Bills of Materials.
  • Design BMS network architecture and select appropriate sensors, control valves, actuators, and controllers.
  • Program supervisory and DDC level controllers and prepare test plans.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of hardware/software packages.
  • Maintain process adherence and compliance with country-specific standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including Chilled Water, Cooling Towers, AHUs, FCUs, VAV, and Hot Water systems.
  • Hands-on experience in BMS architecture, Operator Workstations, Supervisory Controllers, DDC controllers, Sensors & Actuators.
  • Familiarity with network protocols such as BACNet, LON, Modbus, OPC, etc.
  • Proficient in wiring, field devices, safety interlocks, and panels.
  • Experience in engineering, installation, and commissioning of HVAC/BMS systems.
  • Industrial Automation (PLC programming/SCADA) experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, quick learning ability, and effective communication skills.
  • Leadership mindset with ability to guide and mentor teams.
