Join a fast-growing IT services startup and drive business expansion We're looking for a self-motivated, results-driven Business Development Manager to help scale our IT staffing, outsourcing, and IT sales & support services. If you have a passion for sales, strategic planning, and market expansion, we'd love to hear from you
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations that align with client needs. Generate new business through lead prospecting, cold calling, networking, and social media. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall company revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess customer needs. Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to promote the company. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer support and business development.
Key Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in IT sales, staffing solutions, and outsourcing Strong understanding of marketing strategies and negotiation techniques Ability to drive product development and innovation Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required) Solid knowledge of MS Office and sales tools Self-motivated, aggressive, and able to work with targets Location: Bangalore, Chenani IndiaAs this is startup your Growth Opportunities are endless growing along with this organization faster.
