Talent Acquisition

  • End-to-end recruitment management - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions as per TAT.
  • Coordination with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and align recruitment strategies.
  • Salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and managing candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

HR Operations

  • Managing end-to-end process of offer rollouts, appointment letter issuance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Leading reference checks and background verification with precision and speed to support quality hires.
  • Ensuring smooth pre-onboarding/onboarding process and elevate the employee experience.
  • Coordinating with the insurance partner to ensure enrolments, updates, and claims with efficiency and employee-first focus.

Employee Life Cycle Management

  • Driving timely and seamless execution of confirmation processes, probation extensions, and accurate record-keeping to support employee growth.
  • Managing smooth employee exits, from conducting insightful exit interviews to overseeing full & final settlements and clearance formalities.
  • Creating and delivering a wide range of employee documents including experience letters, salary certificates, and official correspondence with precision and promptness.

Employee Engagement

  • Ideating and executing engagement activities and initiatives to enhance employee morale and workplace culture.
  • Coordinating festival celebrations, wellness initiatives, and internal contests.

HRMS (DarwinBox) Operations

  • Owning and executing end-to-end HRMS workflows, from onboarding, confirmations, and exits to document management and real-time data updates.
  • Empowering new joiners with hands-on HRMS training, ensuring smooth navigation of self-service modules and key features.
  • Driving data integrity by generating insightful reports and maintaining 100% accuracy across all employee records
