Job Description – SAP BTP Developer

We are seeking an experienced
SAP BTP Developer
with a strong background in enterprise integration, particularly within the
SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with
SAP Integration Suite
,
CPI
, and
API Management
, along with strong debugging and performance tuning skills in complex BTP CPI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop integration solutions using
    SAP BTP Integration Suite
    including
    PI/PO
    and
    CPI
    .
  • Develop and manage APIs using
    SAP API Management (APIM)
    .
  • Write and maintain
    Groovy scripts
    to support integration scenarios.
  • Build and maintain
    CAP-based applications
    .
  • Analyze and optimize performance for existing integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline configuration, and integration testing.

Required Professional and Technical Skills:

  • SAP Integration Suite / BTP CPI
    – 5+ years of strong development experience
  • Groovy Scripting
    – 3+ years of hands-on scripting experience
  • SAP API Management (APIM)
    – 3+ years of development experience
  • CAP (Cloud Application Programming) Model
    – 2+ years of development experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with
    SAP HANA Cloud
  • Proficiency with
    Postman
    or similar API testing tools
  • Hands-on experience with
    SAP RFC, BAPI, SFTP, REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience in setting up and managing
    CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
