Centre Head

As the Centre Head, you will lead the daily operations of the preschool and daycare, ensuring a warm, dynamic, and professionally managed space for children, staff, and parents. You will be responsible for both academic and administrative excellence, driving admissions, staff performance, parent engagement, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admissions & Communication

• Handle parent inquiries, provide centre tours, and guide families through the enrolment process
• Manage enrolment records, follow-ups, and conversion tracking
• Maintain transparent and ongoing communication with parents

2. Leadership & Management

• Supervise and support staff performance, development, and welfare
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations aligned with the centre's mission and values
• Implement systems and policies to maintain high standards of education and care

3. Curriculum & Learning Oversight

• Monitor and support curriculum delivery, ensuring engaging and age-appropriate learning
• Coordinate educational events, field trips, and enriching experiences

4. Administration & Infrastructure

• Maintain records and documentation of admissions, incidents, and daily activities
• Collaborate with the backend team for maintenance and logistics

5. Safety, Quality & Crisis Management

• Enforce hygiene, safety, and emergency protocols
• Conduct regular quality checks and initiate improvements
• Address conflicts or issues with empathy and professionalism

6. Staff Development

• Encourage continuous learning for staff through training, workshops, and mentoring
• Stay updated with the latest trends in early childhood education
