About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Content & Creative Operations to take full ownership of day-to-day execution across content, design, video, and social media hygiene. This role is designed to free the Founder from daily operational involvement, meaning you are the single point of contact for the team.

If you're sharp, organized, and hands-on with creative workflows, this is your chance to manage a growing team, push new ideas, and ensure quality + deadlines are never missed.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Workflow Ownership


• Manage interns and junior team members across content, design, and video.


• Act as the only reporting line to the Founder — the team reports to you, not directly to management.


• Train, guide, and review team output to maintain hygiene and standards.

Content & Creative Oversight


• Ensure blogs, news, and articles are published on time with strong editorial quality.


• Oversee reels, videos, and creative assets from ideation to execution, ensuring brand consistency.


• Run daily hygiene checks: captions, hashtags, brand tone, and publishing timelines.

Quality & Timeliness


• Maintain and enforce weekly/monthly content calendars.


• Ensure zero backlog or missed deadlines.


• Pre-review all work before it goes upward, so only polished output reaches the Founder.

Innovation & Brainstorming


• Push new content and video ideas that align with industry trends.


• Run team brainstorming sessions and turn ideas into actionable campaigns.


• Suggest process improvements for faster, sharper, more impactful output.

Requirements


• 2–3 years of experience in digital media, content, or creative operations.


• Hands-on exposure to content, design, and video workflows.


• Strong organizational and project management skills.


• Prior experience managing interns/junior team members.


• Excellent communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
