Genpact Walk-In drive for Customer service: voice roles || Work location: Gurgaon on 11th October 2025 (Saturday)

**Work location would be GURGAON

  • Walk-In Date: 11-October-2025 (Saturday)
  • Walk-in Timings: 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Walk-in venue: ICA Edu skills, 5th Floor, 18/13, behind Starbucks, Block 18, WEA, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, Delhi, 110005
  • Graduation: Any grad except law is eligible
  • Experience: Freshers/experience upto 4 years
  • Work location: Gurgaon (Only work from office)
  • Shifts: Flexible with any shift

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries and customer's concern
  • Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
  • Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers
  • You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

  • Any Graduate (except law)
