We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator Infrastructure to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of BIM processes for infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, drainage, utilities, and transport facilities. The ideal candidate will have prior working experience in the GCC region and a strong understanding of international BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development of BIM models for infrastructure projects across various disciplines (civil, utilities, roads).

  • Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and client standards.

  • Manage clash detection and resolution using tools like Navisworks, BIM Collaborate Pro, etc.

  • Support the design and engineering team by extracting data, quantities, and producing deliverables from BIM models.

  • Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and construction data.

  • Provide technical support and training to BIM modelers and junior staff as required.

  • Maintain and update the Common Data Environment (CDE) in accordance with ISO 19650.

  • Participate in design coordination and technical meetings with both internal and external teams.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation including BIM audits, reports, and model reviews.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of BIM experience with at least 23 years in the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.).

  • Proficient in BIM software including Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, InfraWorks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.

  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure project delivery and documentation.

  • Familiarity with international BIM standards (PAS 1192, ISO

  • Ability to lead BIM coordination and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred:

  • Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS BIM certification).

  • Previous involvement in large-scale infrastructure or governmental projects in the GCC.
