Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. BD Strategy


• Contribute to the API BD strategy on Large/Global Accounts growth objectives


• Determine the strategies for the selected Large/Global Accounts


• Build the wallet share of business for Lupin API business in assigned territories (Western

Europe)

2. Leading Sales and Account Management


• to ensure smooth functioning of the day to day businesses and in the monthly order forecasting for production planning


• Grow the share of business, as well as expand the relationships within the customer identifying influencers, gatekeepers, decision makers within the region of (Western Europe) so as to further penetrate the client organization


• Deploy a strong consultative selling approach with assigned accounts to identify their supply chain challenges and develop value creating solutions


• Interact with regular customers to ensure continuity of existing businesses - from the time that orders are received to the time shipments are dispatched as per customer requirement.

This role is critical in leading the Sales and Marketing efforts for the SBU which is the key driver for the realization of MTP.

Work Experience
