Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive sales and expand our customer base in designated regions of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring brand presence across urban and semi-urban markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new customers within assigned areas.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence on competitor activities, customer feedback, and emerging opportunities.
  • Ensure timely reporting of daily sales activities and progress to the sales manager.
  • Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and channel partners to maximize coverage and profitability.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and provide excellent after-sales support.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate (any discipline). MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Experience:
    1–2 years (not more than 2 years)
    in field sales, FMCG, retail, telecom, or related sectors (freshers with a passion for sales are also welcome).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi.
  • Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and adapt to different markets.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
