Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Executive Project Manager. The Executive Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring efficient expediting, coordination of project schedules, and seamless logistics management. Responsibilities include managing inspections, tracking project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring quality standards are met. The candidate will act as a central point of contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligning with client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles, with the ability to streamline project processes effectively
  • Strong Project Management skills, including planning, organizing, and supervising projects from start to finish
  • Proficiency in Inspection procedures to uphold quality standards and compliance
  • Expertise in Logistics Management to ensure efficient resource allocation and operational flow
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in on-site environments and adapt to dynamic project needs
  • Prior experience in event or media production industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
