Job description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable accounting regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting entries, including journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations.
  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Provide financial analysis and reports to management to support decision-making.
  • Stay updated on the latest accounting and regulatory trends to ensure the company adheres to all relevant standards.
  • Train and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Experience with accounting software in tally
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
