- Sales Targets: Achieve weekly and monthly targets for customer calls, follow-ups, and lead generation.
- Reporting: Provide daily or weekly reports on call activities and sales progress to the team lead.
Skills and Qualifications
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive abilities.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers, including basic knowledge of Excel and email.
- Customer Handling: Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive approach.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to influence potential customers.
- Time Management: Strong skills in managing time effectively to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing scripts, strategies, and conversational hints.
- Education: Typically, a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with higher education in business or communications being a plus.
- CRM Familiarity: Some roles may require or prefer familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for lead management.
