Position : SAP EWM Consultant

Duration : 6 Months (Contract)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant for a 6 month remote contract. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions. This role requires a professional who can independently handle complex project tasks, from requirements gathering and blueprinting to go-live and support, ensuring the seamless integration of warehouse management processes with other SAP modules to optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design & Configuration : Lead the design and configuration of SAP EWM solutions to meet complex business requirements. This includes setting up organizational structures, master data, and all key EWM functionalities such as inbound processing, outbound processing, and internal warehouse movements.

- Implementation & Customization : Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from blueprinting and development to testing and deployment. You will be responsible for creating custom solutions using ABAP or other relevant tools as needed.

- Process Optimization : Provide expert guidance on SAP EWM best practices to optimize warehouse processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs.

- Integration : Ensure seamless integration between SAP EWM and other relevant SAP modules, such as SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).

- Support & Training : Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training and knowledge transfer to end-users and key stakeholders.

- Requirements Gathering : Conduct detailed workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience as an SAP EWM Consultant.

- Strong, hands-on experience with SAP EWM configuration and implementation.

- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end warehouse management processes.

- A solid understanding of the integration points between SAP EWM and other SAP SCM and ERP modules.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

- The ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills :

- SAP EWM certification.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM.

- Knowledge of RF framework and mobile data entry.

- Experience with ABAP for debugging and minor enhancements.
