About the Role:
Location: Bangalore
We are building a global footprint and need
sharp, well-spoken professionals
who can drive both
exceptional customer experiences
and
strong sales outcomes
. You'll engage with
customers in India and across international markets
- balancing empathy with hustle, and relationships with revenue.
What you'll do:
- Be the
voice of the brand
for both Indian and global customers - handling critical queries with empathy, clarity, and speed.
- Lead
service recovery conversations
when things go wrong - owning the problem and winning back trust.
- Convert qualified leads from marketing campaigns
into loyal customers through timely follow-ups and consultative selling.
- Engage our
existing customer base
with new offerings, creating upsell and cross-sell opportunities across India and international markets.
- Track and report on
conversion metrics
while ensuring customer satisfaction never takes a backseat.
What we're looking for:
Proven international exposure
you're confident talking to global customers.
Fluent in English
articulate, persuasive, and empathetic.
A strong
sales orientationyou chase numbers, but you win them the right way: through relationships and trust.
A
start-up mindsetadaptable, proactive, and willing to roll up your sleeves.
Bonus: knowledge of regional languages like
Malayalam, Hindi, or Kannada
.
