Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Balaram Palace Resort.

Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets by generating new business.

  1. Business Development

Identify and onboard new corporate clients, schools (for trips/camps), travel agents, associations, and event planners.

Conduct regular field visits in Ahmedabad and nearby areas to grow the resort's market reach.

Build long-term relationships with partners and ensure repeat business.

  1. Digital Marketing

Promote the resort through social media, online campaigns, email marketing, and digital platforms.

Coordinate content creation, promotions, and online engagement to increase visibility.

  1. Events & Exhibitions

Plan and manage pop-up events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to showcase the resort.

Represent Balaram Palace Resort at trade fairs, tourism shows, corporate events, and community exhibitions.

Marketing Channels to Handle

B2B Marketing

Promote the resort to corporates, schools, institutes, event management companies, and travel partners.

Drive bookings for corporate offsites, training programs, school trips, conferences, and group stays.

B2C Marketing

Market the resort in clubs, housing societies, premium communities, and social groups to attract individual guests and families.

Travel & Trade Partnerships

Generate room sales through Travel Agents, Travel Associations, Charters, and tourism networks.

Build strong connections with Gujarat travel trade partners.

Event Participation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
