What you'll build :

As Operations specialist you are responsible for:

Developing and implementing of reports for continuous improvement in Cloud operations and System performance.Monitoring system performance and conducting regular performance analysis to identify areas for optimization.Troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues or system errors in a timely manner.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of SAP systems with business requirements.Developing best practices for system operations and management

What you'll build : 

5+ year work experience in administration and analytics3+ year experience in service delivery in global teamsExtensive experience in popular reporting platforms including MS Excel andworking with large data setsBasic hands-on experience in one or more analytical toolsProficiency in performance analysis and optimizationStrong communication, documentation, and presentation skillsContinuous learning and adaptability to new technologie
