Main purpose/ Responsibilities:

  • As R&D Performance Senior AI Engineer, you will study and develop artificial intelligence programs and deploy in system
  • Using your logical and communication skills to not only suggest ML approaches, techniques, software or applications, but develop and deploy them worldwide with in our organization
  • This role needs innovative thinking to develop AI based automations with expected accuracy, need out of box thinking
  • With the objective to secure company know-how and capitalize from it, to bring value to our business
  • Problem solving and logical thinking will be key to success in this position

Main mission:

  • Study and develop possible AI topics for Faurecia Automotive Seating
  • Work in concepts such as database management systems and various types of web applications
  • Specify IT infrastructures, software and applications in relation with Group Information System department
  • Interactions with customers to support the objectives

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Education: Degree or Master's degree in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Artificial Intelligence

Experience:

  • 5-8 years experience in AI
  • Experience performing quantitative research with Computer vision, Machine learning, Deep learning and associated implementation of algorithms
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with other languages like R
  • Experience data analysis techniques
  • Working experience Pandas and other AI related libraries
  • Strong understanding of Supervised, Unsupervised learning and Deep Learning algorithms
  • Strong understanding of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline creation for AI projects
  • Experience in creating dashboards or webpage using Plotly Dash or similar tools
  • Understanding of MLOps practices for deploying and maintaining ML models in production
  • Experience in deploying Generative AI models
