Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated English Teacher for a full-time, mid-level position at our Bengaluru location. The ideal candidate will have up to 6 years of experience and be well-versed in current educational technologies and methodologies. You will play a critical role in supporting our students' language development and preparing them for their future careers.

Qualifications and Skills

  • TESOL/TEFL Certification to ensure high standards of English teaching and learning effectiveness.
  • Experience with classroom management techniques to maintain a welcoming and orderly learning environment.
  • Proficiency in formative assessment tools to monitor and enhance student progress and understanding.
  • Cultural competency to address and respect the diverse backgrounds of students.
  • Familiarity with interactive whiteboard technology for engaging and dynamic lessons.
  • Expertise in lesson planning software (Mandatory skill) for structured and well-organized lesson delivery.
  • Digital literacy (Mandatory skill) to effectively incorporate technology into teaching practices.
  • Experience with online learning platforms (Mandatory skill) to facilitate hybrid and remote learning experiences.
