Role Description

This is an on-site contract role located in Jaipur for a Hiring C++/DSA Trainer. The role involves delivering in-depth training on C++ and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) to a diverse group of learners. Responsibilities include designing course materials, conducting live training sessions, mentoring participants, and evaluating their performance. The trainer will also be required to stay updated on industry trends to align training programs with the latest standards and practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in C++ programming and expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
  • Experience in creating and delivering clear and engaging technical training materials
  • Excellent mentoring and interpersonal skills to guide participants in their learning journey
  • Ability to stay current with industry advancements in programming and problem-solving techniques
  • Prior experience in training or teaching, especially in a corporate or academic setting, is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
