Job Description:

We are seeking an entry-level AI Developer/Specialist with a strong passion for automation and artificial intelligence. This position is perfect for someone eager to grow and learn while contributing to a variety of exciting projects. You will play an integral role in automating and optimizing repetitive tasks within our digital marketing processes, including CRM updates, task creation, recurring SEO and advertising tasks, alerts, audits, and more.

As part of a small, fast-paced team, you will need to take initiative, be self-motivated, and continually seek ways to improve our internal workflows using AI-driven automation. While you will have opportunities to learn and grow, we need someone who is comfortable researching new tools, technologies, and methodologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate CRM updates, task creation, and workflow management to improve team efficiency.
  • Implement and manage automation for recurring SEO and advertising tasks (e.g., keyword research, reporting, ad management).
  • Develop AI-driven solutions for automating alerts, audits, and reporting tasks.
  • Conduct social media content research and assist in creating automated content workflows.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for automation across various digital marketing channels.
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in AI and automation.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in AI development, automation, or related fields (internships and project-based work are welcome).
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and automation tools.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools or CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about process optimization.
  • Self-starter who can conduct independent research and learn new tools on their own.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, such as SEO, social media, and advertising, is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a remote, collaborative environment.
