What You'll Do (Roles & Responsibilities)

As a Business Growth Intern, you will work closely with the founder and the core team to accelerate HIPCASTLE's growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Market Research & Insights
  • Study fashion and D2C industry trends, identify new growth opportunities, and analyze competitor strategies.
  • Sales & Performance Marketing Support
  • Assist in setting up and optimizing campaigns on Meta, Google, and other ad platforms.
  • Track KPIs like ROAS, CTR, and conversions, and prepare weekly performance reports.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations
  • Research and reach out to influencers, micro-creators, and growth partners for brand collabs.
  • E-commerce Optimization
  • Suggest improvements for Shopify store (UI/UX, product pages, funnels).
  • Explore automation tools for customer engagement (WhatsApp flows, CRM tools).
  • Brand Growth Initiatives
  • Help plan and execute offline pop-up stalls and experiential marketing events.
  • Brainstorm and pitch innovative strategies to acquire and retain customers.
