Sr TM BI/MIS

Job Purpose
To lead and manage the development, implementation, and optimization of modern, scalable, and cloud-native applications using open-source technologies (React, Node JS, etc.) on Azure.

The Senior TM will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery, adhering to industry best practices, and aligning with Hindalco's strategic shift toward open-source technology and cloudification.

The role encompasses team leadership, technical excellence, and hands-on contributions to building robust, user-friendly front-end and back-end solutions, with a focus on React JS, Node JS, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices. The candidate will also play a pivotal role in fostering innovation, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Ensure hands-on experience in JavaScript, ES6, and its program curriculum.
• Build and manage user interfaces using React JS workflows, including:

• To drive consistent standards and approaches throughout the Non-ERP & Mobility and 3 rd party application integrated with Ekayaan.
• Lead the Non-ERP & Mobility and 3 rd party application integrated with Ekayaan Team that support New Business Intake, Risk Assessment, and Enforce Policy Management
• Establish policies, procedures, standards, frameworks, tools, practices and templates for project management and related processes.
• Deployment of ISMS policy/ practices. Implementation of ISO: 27001 standards as per scope. Acting for statutory compliances and Information Security awareness.
• Coordinate with External and Internal auditors. Security Survey Participation and implementation of corrective actions.
• Design & Develop IT Management System (ITMS) manual as per ITIL best practices through IT standards i.e., ISO-27001(Information Security),
• Review & approval of Corrective and Preventive Actions. Implement suitable InfoSec policies - and carry out necessary actions (VA/ PT tests etc. besides strict Access Control policies) to ensure Information Security.
• Closure of Non-conformance & observation raised during Internal /External Audit.
• Implementation of Risk Treatment Plan for IT department. Resolve potential security breaches and vulnerability issues in a timely and accurate fashion based on Risk Assessment Plan.
