Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Telle caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage clients in a friendly and professional manner. As a Telle caller at Intia Private Limited, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers, promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients, offering information about our services
  • Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from clients
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into customers
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work as part of a team to achieve daily and monthly targets

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English, Malayalam (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in Telle calling or customer service is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel, CRM tools)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
