**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide information about our services.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate details, and resolve any concerns.
- Maintain a record of calls, feedback, and customer details.
- Promote the company's travel packages, rental services, and offers.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: No prior experience required (freshers are welcome).
- **Age Limit**: 22-30 years.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use telecommunication tools.
- Polite, professional, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.
