Job Summary:

We're looking for a Domain Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Project Operations to support, troubleshoot, and enhance systems used by our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support & Troubleshooting:

    Handle incidents and service requests, escalate when needed, and ensure timely resolution.
  • System Configuration & Maintenance:

    Configure and maintain modules like Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Project Operations.
  • System Enhancements & Upgrades:

    Help design, test, and implement new features or integrations; support version upgrades and patches.
  • Compliance & Security:

    Ensure system compliance with financial regulations and maintain proper security protocols.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O support.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or Project Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
  • Proficient in X++ development, with solid understanding of OOP concepts.
  • Experience in customization, data migration, and system integration.
  • Skilled in report creation and working across full life cycle implementations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in client-facing roles or consulting.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Business Process Management (BPM).
