We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex technology solutions that align with our organization's strategic objectives. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, evaluating existing systems, and architecting scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and development of end-to-end technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.
  • Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to meet business needs and ensure scalability and performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the architecture and design mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and guidelines.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that solutions adhere to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve existing systems.
