Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain 3D building models using BIM software (Revit).
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP engineers to create accurate designs and documentation.
  • Quality check of the BIM models, coordinate with clients for project and technical discussions
  • Interact with peers on resolving modeling issues
  • Review and analyze design models and provide constructability feedback.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
  • Prepare BIM models and drawings for construction and fabrication.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular updates and management of project data in the BIM system.
  • Troubleshoot and solve any issues related to model integrity or accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • BIM Technicians
  • Experience with BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
