We are currently seeking a Polymer Manager for our Head Office in Mumbai, Andheri.

  • Company Site:
  • Job Location: Aar-Pee Centre, , Gufic Compound, MIDC, Andheri (E), Mumbai

  • Work Off: All Sundays, 2nd & 4th Saturdays.

  • Education-

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Polymer Science.

  • 10~12 years of experience in polymer research, manufacturing, or materials engineering.

  • Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry, rheology, thermal and mechanical properties.

Key Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of polymer chemistry, rheology, thermal and mechanical properties
  • Process knowledge of injection molding
  • Basic knowledge of mold construction

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage polymer development projects from concept through commercialization.
  • Guide to production engineers for successful implementation without affecting quality.
  • Collaborate with product development, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to ensure product performance as per customer requirement.
  • Oversee formulation, compounding, and testing of plastic for cost effective.
  • Evaluate and improve processing techniques of injection molding.
  • Troubleshoot product or process issues related to polymer materials.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines related to polymer projects.
  • Liaise with vendors and customers regarding technical specifications and performance requirements.
