Business Development Executive – RendersPoint

RendersPoint is a leading 3D visualization studio creating high-quality architectural renders, walkthroughs, and immersive visual content for real estate, interior design, and architecture clients worldwide. Our portfolio includes residential, commercial, and luxury projects, helping clients communicate ideas and close deals effectively.
As we expand, we're seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth by connecting potential clients with our 3D visualization services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, emails, and direct outreach.
- Sales & Presentations: Deliver compelling pitches showcasing the value of our services.
- Market Analysis: Track industry trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting client relationships to secure repeat business.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
- Collaboration: Work with the 3D visualization team to ensure client requirements are met.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and closing deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong lead generation skills
- Ability to explain technical 3D visualization concepts to clients
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
Experience: 2–3 years in business development, sales, or client management
Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
