Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Team Leadership:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations to showcase software capabilities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Gather client feedback to inform product development and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the e-commerce or inventory management sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital sales channels.
- Experience in conducting product demos and presentations.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
