Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Team Leadership:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations to showcase software capabilities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Gather client feedback to inform product development and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the e-commerce or inventory management sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital sales channels.
  • Experience in conducting product demos and presentations.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
